Colin Kane is a seasoned running gait analyst and performance coach with over three years of experience working with athletes ranging from first-time runners to collegiate athletes. He specializes in running mechanics, strength programming, and individualized coaching strategies designed to optimize performance and reduce injury risk.
Colin completed five years of NCAA Division I Cross Country and Track & Field competition. His background in competitive distance running spans more than a decade, and he brings both technical expertise and personal insight into every coaching session.
In 2023, Colin was accepted into the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Oakland University, further deepening his clinical and biomechanical foundation. As a consecutively elected team captain, he is known for his ability to lead by example, motivate others, and foster a culture of growth and resilience.
